Boat and Jet Ski Licence Courses
Starting at $275
Our boat or jet ski licence courses provide the necessary knowledge and practical skills required to operate a recreational vessel safely. The courses are conducted in a combination of online theory and face to face practical training and assessment practical assessment.
The boat licence can be done as a stand-alone course or in conjunction with the jet ski licence. If you are looking at completing the jet ski licence, then you must either already hold a boat licence or complete the combined course
Costs for our boat and jet ski licence consists of an initial payment on enrolment of the online theory. The remaining course fees are payable on the day of your practical assessments. Courses venues include Tallebudgera Creek, Broadbeach and Coomera.
Marine Radio Licences
Starting at $175
Both the SROCP (VHF) and LROCP (MF/HF/VHF) licences can be achieved by simply studying the AMC VHF handbook online or by purchasing a hard copy of the workbook from us. On completion of the self study, it is recommended that students sit a practice quiz online through ACMA.
Once ready, simply book an assessment session which includes a 60 minute refresher session, multi choice exam and practical skills assessment. This session can be completed in person or by zoom/teams call.
Costs for the SROCP is $189 and LROCP $209 which includes the $89 assessment fee payed to the University of Tasmania.

Advanced Practical Sessions
These advanced practical sessions are aimed at providing further skills and time on the water. Sessions are aimed at improving knowledge of trip preparation, IALA and collision regulation along with skills in vessel management, mooring, anchoring and general on-water awareness.
Vessel Familiarisation
If you have purchased a new vessel and need a little help to familiarise yourself then we offer a session in your own vessel. Take out the stress of that first voyage by having us assist with the planning, preparation and on water skills needed to enjoy your new purchase.
